<li>You'll partner with pharmacists to address medication-related inquiries and assist patients effectively.</li>
<li>You'll pack medications following company procedures and medication safety requirements.</li>
<li>You'll request refill authorization from physician offices and coordinate medication delivery as needed.</li>
<li>You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize pharmacy operations and enhance patient experience.</li>
<li>You'll manage all assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks to promptly, safely and accurately fill prescriptions</li>
<li>You will adhere to pharmacy laws and regulations governing pharmacy technicians and ensure compliance with company policies.</li>
<li>You will meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the manager upon employment to ensure operational efficiency.</li>
<li>You'll continuously enhance knowledge and skills in pharmacy technology and stay updated with industry trends.</li>

We're excited about you because…
<ul>
<li>You have 1+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician (preferred).</li>
<li>You have 1+ year of retail pharmacy experience preferred, preferably in a high-volume setting.</li>
<li>You possess an active, clear, and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license within your state of residence.</li>
<li>You are competent in pharmacy law pertaining to technicians and adherence to regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>You have a strong commitment to patient-centered care and maintaining patient confidentiality.</li>
<li>You are proficient in technology and willingness to learn new systems and tools.</li>
<li>You have the ability to stand for long periods, work at a computer screen for extended durations, and lift packages weighing up to 25 lbs.</li>
<li>You possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.</li>
<li>You have strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and assist patients professionally.</li>
</ul>
The compensation range for this position is $19.00-$21.50/hour.
