Primary Responsibilities:

<li>Form excellent provider-patient alliances and coordinate care with external providers</li>
<li>Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations&nbsp;</li>
<li>Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders</li>
<li>Provide treatment for mental health conditions using various approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based methods&nbsp;</li>
<li>Systematically track treatment response and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects or complications</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements</li>

Required Qualifications:

The salary range for this role is $59,500 to $116,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
