About Our Practice
Our dental practice, like every office we support, is tailored to the community and the patients we serve. With the assistance of a practice manager and a highly skilled on-site team, along with a vast network of experts nationwide, you will have access to all the resources and support necessary.

Minimum Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Valid dental hygienist license in Illinois and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required).</li>
<li>Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.</li>
<li>Current CPR Certification.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Experience
<ul>
<li>Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.</li>
<li>A commitment to continuous learning and enhancing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventive care.</li>
<li>Ability to address clinical needs as required by the office.</li>
</ul>
Physical Requirements
<ul>
<li>Capability to perform essential duties as required by the office or supervising doctor, with or without reasonable accommodations.</li>
<li>Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.</li>
<li>Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 45 pounds occasionally.</li>
<li>Willingness to attend virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.</li>
<li>To ensure a safe and healthy environment for both staff and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office roles. This standard requirement must be completed before starting employment, and arrangements will be made during the pre-employment process. This does not apply in Florida and Tennessee.</li>
