Job Summary: Our BCBAs provide leadership and organizational management in client programming, behavior interventions, staff development, classroom management, and parent training.
 
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Develop individualized treatment plans for each client and communicate goals/progress with your team of Behavior Technicians</li>
<li>Meet weekly billable hour requirement</li>
<li>Lead intake Meetings with new clients and families</li>
<li>Conduct and score initial (and ongoing) cases using appropriate tools</li>
<li>Train and supervise an average caseload of 6 clients and Technicians at capacity</li>
<li>Provide supervision for BCBA/BCaBA candidates</li>
<li>Develop parent training goals and lead parent training meetings</li>
<li>Collaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapists to coordinate the therapy of shared clients</li>
<li>Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children as necessary</li>
<li>Attend team meetings as scheduled</li>
<li>Maintain strict client confidentiality following HIPAA protocol</li>
<li>Maintain open communication with families and clinical teams to ensure the most effective treatment and goals</li>
</ul>
 
Experiential &amp; Certification Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field required</li>
<li>BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required</li>
<li>Valid state licensing for location(s) of practice required</li>
<li>BLS Certification (or willingness to complete training course upon hire)</li>
<li>Ability to be on-site from 8:30am-5:30pm Monday through Friday required</li>
<li>Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license</li>
<li>Must submit to a federal, state, and county background check</li>
</ul>
 
Physical Requirements:

Summary: As a Patient Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting in the successful operation and customer service of the Food &amp; Nutrition Services Department. The Patient Services Supervisor is an exciting opportunity for an energetic, entry-level manager who is seeking a career avenue into the food service industry. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Assists in the responsibility for all food service related activities and be primarily involved in patient meal assembly and delivery; including quality improvement, sanitation, infection control and all facility-related activities.</li>

 Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>2 years of food service experience.</li>
<li>Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations.</li>
<li>Some knowledge of food trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.</li>
<li>Supervisory, leadership, management and coaching skills.</li>
<li>Communication skills both written and verbal and ability to communicate with management, client, customer and associate levels.</li>
<li>Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.</li>
<li>ServSafe Certification is preferred.</li>
