<li>Candidates should have both formal education/training(residency and/or fellowship) in Rheumatology along with clinical experience in treating patients in sub-specialty with direct responsibility for diagnostic and treatment decisions of at least 2 years.</li>
<li>Clinical trial experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical company or as a principal investigator in the industry of at least 5 years.</li>
<li>Prior medical monitoring and people management experience is preferred. </li>
