We provide in-home care to former Nuclear Weapons Workers who are suffering from chronic and terminal illnesses, as a result of their previous work environment.
Our RN-Case Managers conduct in-home nursing visits for our clients. All our clients are former Nuclear Weapon's Workers with chronic/terminal illness due to exposure to toxic substances while working for the Government. The nursing visits are conducted weekly and typically last 1-2 hours per visit. During the visits, the RN-Case Managers do physical assessments including vitals, ensure home safety with medical equipment and supplies, fill weekly medication planners and oversee skilled and non-skilled caregivers providing care in the client's home.

Qualifications

Essential Functions/Areas of Accountability

EDUCATION/TRAINING: BS degree in Behavioral or Human Services field. Master’s degree in counseling field required. Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in a recognized healthcare facility. Specialized training in addiction treatment.
 
CERTIFICATE OR LICENSE: Must be licensed in the State of Montana as an LAC and LCPC or LCSW or have candidate licensure.
 
SKILLS: Clinical supervision, therapeutic skills, individual and group therapy, scheduling and coordination. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft products including Word, Excel and Outlook.
 
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Work is indoors in an office environment with moderate noise. Intermittent physical effort involving lifting of up to 25 pounds, walking and stooping is required. A typical workday involves sitting, frequent use of a keyboard, reaching with hands and arms, and talking and hearing, approximately 70% of the time. Approximately 30% or less of the time is spent standing. Normal vision abilities required, including close vision and ability to adjust focus. 
 
WORK ENVIRONMENT/JOB LOCATIONS: Involves everyday risk or discomfort requiring normal safety precautions in an office setting, meeting room and patient care areas. Work may involve mental and emotional stress. Some driving/traveling required. Will work primarily in main facility.

Lighthouse Lab Services is excited to represent a laboratory in the Washington, DC area that is looking for a Part-Time LCMS Supervisor to join their growing team!
Position Overview:
<ul>
<li>Performs routine testing, quality control, calibration, maintenance, and proficiency testing in accordance with current laboratory procedures</li>
<li>Follow CLIA, HIPAA, OSHA, and safety guidelines as described in their respective guidelines</li>
<li>Responsible for providing day-to-day supervision of high-complexity test performance</li>
<li>Must be onsite to provide direct supervision when high-complexity testing is performed by any individuals</li>
<li>Responsible for monitoring test analyses and specimen examinations to ensure that acceptable levels of analytic performance are maintained.</li>
<li>Assuring that all remedial actions are taken whenever test systems deviate from the established performance specifications</li>
<li>Ensuring that patient test results are not reported until all corrective actions have been taken and the tests properly functioning</li>
<li>Providing training to all testing personnel</li>
<li>Annually evaluating and documenting the performance of all testing personnel</li>
<li>Perform other duties as directed</li>
</ul>
Candidate Profile:
<ul>
<li>B.S. in Biology, Clinical Lab Science, or related field</li>
<li>Qualify a Technical Supervisor under CLIA guidelines and have at least 4 year of laboratory training or experience in high-complexity testing</li>
<li>Experience with Agilent 6460 and ImmTox 270 EIA preferred</li>
<li>Previous experience with toxicology sample prep</li>
</ul>
Salary / Shift:

About the Role
This is a remote Part-Time W2 Position. As a Remote Mental Health Therapist, you will provide teletherapy services to students in our partner school districts. Some areas of responsibilities include:

<li>Providing evidence-based teletherapy to students and families who work with Daybreak.</li>
<li>Collaborating closely with school counselors and other relevant providers.</li>
<li>Building trusted relationships with students and families.</li>
<li>Providing psychoeducation and support to parents and caregivers.</li>
<li>Participating in case consultations and clinical team discussions.</li>
<li>Contributing to the on-going development of Daybreak Health's clinical programs.</li>
<li>Attending weekly 1:1 and group supervision</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Active, Associate clinical license in North Carolina</li>
<li>Experience with telehealth and delivering care to school-aged children and their families.</li>
<li>Strong technological skills and familiarity with EHR systems.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work during peak hours (Mon-Fri, 3-8 PM).</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Fluency in Spanish. </li>
<li>Experience with CBT, DBT, or similar modalities. </li>
<li>Previous work in a school setting or with youth.</li>
</ul>
