Pay Ranges: $17.34 to $21.41 per hour (depending on experience)
Required Skills:
<ol>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent; or one to three months' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>
<li>0- 2 years dental office experience preferred.</li>
<li>Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced dental practice.</li>
<li>Ability to read and comprehend, simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.</li>
<li>Ability to work well under pressure work with frequent interruptions and shifting priorities.</li>
</ol>
 Primary Functions:
<ol>
<li>Prepares treatment room for patient by following prescribed procedures and protocols</li>
<li>Sterilizes and delivers instruments to treatment areas; positions instruments for dentist’s access; suctions; passes instruments</li>
<li>Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.</li>
<li>Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations</li>
<li>Adheres to infection-control policies and protocols</li>
<li>Ensures operation of dental equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; follows manufacturer’s instructions; calls for repairs when necessary</li>
<li>Maintains dental supplies inventory; places orders for supplies; verifies receipt of supplies</li>
<li>Conserves dental resources by using equipment and supplies as needed</li>
<li>Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications</li>
<li>Contributes to team effort</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>

Job DescriptionPharmacy Technician Join Trellis Supportive Care in providing unparalleled end-of-life care.
Purpose:
Assists the licensed pharmacists in our small, customer service focused pharmacy, in the preparation of prescribed medications for hospice patients and other daily pharmaceutical services.
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>High School diploma or general education degree (GED)</li>
<li>CPHT required</li>
<li>Experience with computer order entry and IV preparation experience is strongly preferred</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:

<li>Order processing</li>
<li>Preparation for dispensing</li>
<li>Infusion preparation</li>
<li>Answering phone calls</li>
<li>Problem resolution</li>
<li>Order maintenance &amp; re-stocking</li>
<li>Medication assessment coverage</li>

Monday-Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm
