The Permanente Medical Group, Inc. is seeking a board-certified/board eligible fellowship trained Laryngologist to join an established Laryngology practice as a second partner within a comprehensive Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery department in South Sacramento, California. This is a unique opportunity to expand a very busy regional referral-based practice in laryngology as well as practice general otolaryngology in an integrated health-care system. Our medical center features a state-of-the-art laryngology suite with a complete array of Pentax equipment to support all diagnostic and therapeutic laryngeal procedures including office-based laser surgery. In addition, our laryngologist enjoys the support of a Physician Assistant and Speech Pathologists well-trained in voice disorders and support for laryngeal procedures.
 
The nine OHNS physicians currently in the department provide a full range of services including general otolaryngology, laryngology/voice, otology/neurotology, endocrine surgery, sleep surgery, rhinology, and head and neck oncologic surgery. We work closely with our colleagues in maxillofacial surgery, thoracic and vascular surgery, neurosurgery, plastic surgery, endocrine, and sleep medicine. Our medical center enjoys a strong affiliation with the University of California at Davis, serving as a teaching hospital for residents in many specialties, including HNS. We are also affiliated with several other residency training programs in HNS, MFS, and Emergency Medicine and are involved with medical student teaching through California Northstate University.

Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Faculty Position
Wake Forest University Center for Fertility, Endocrine, and Menopause is seeking a full time faculty member to complement our robust Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Division.&nbsp; We have been serving the region for over 30 years with consistently high success rates and quality care covering the gamut of Reproductive Endocrinology. Currently, we perform roughly 500 IVF cycles per year in addition to all other aspects of Reproductive Endocrinology. As the only Medical School in the region, we see patients from a large radius. In addition to a busy IVF practice, we also have MIGS surgeons in our office and therefore offer the full range of reproductive surgery. We are an Academic Institution and Medical School, so the faculty are engaged in teaching of both students and residents.
The Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Division currently includes 2 full-time physicians and a growing IVF practice with a full-time onsite Ph.D. laboratory director. In 2018, the practice moved into a new, 17,000 square foot state of the art facility to offer the full range of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility services to the region. The practice also includes fertility preservation, reproductive surgery, and the use of donor gametes and gestational carriers. Funded research in the Division involves implantation, endometriosis, and IVF failures under the direction of Dr. Bruce Lessey. Urologic infertility specialists, reproductive psychiatrists, and pediatric and medical endocrinology specialists are present at Wake Forest along with a full range of other colleagues and collaborators across the medical center and the university.&nbsp; Academic rank, salary and benefits will be competitive and consistent with experience. The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Westover Hills provides specialized care and treatment for patients who are critically ill or injured. Our goal is to provide the highest level of care and support in an environment specifically designed for patients in serious or life-threatening medical circumstances.&nbsp;The ICU is a special area used for patients in critical condition and in need of 24-hour supervision.
