About the Role
As an LPN, you will:

<li>Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.</li>
<li>Administer medications and assist with various medical procedures.</li>
<li>Monitor patient conditions and document care using our electronic charting system, EPIC.</li>
<li>Emphasize patient safety and adhere to clinical guidelines in a full-time, 12-hour shift environment.</li>

Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should have:
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or GED.</li>
<li>Formal Practical Nursing Education approved by the NM Board of Nursing.</li>
<li>Current Licensed Practical Nurse license in NM.</li>
<li>BLS certification and PDS IV Certification (within orientation).</li>
<li>ACLS certification (within 6 months of hire) for required areas.</li>
</ul>

<li>Contribute to the assessment of health status for individuals and families.</li>
<li>Administer treatments and document patient needs and responses.</li>
<li>Report changes in patient conditions to the nursing team.</li>

Compensation
