GBS is looking for a BCBA in Millstone, NJ on Mondays or Wednesdays for bi-weekly supervision in the daytime or afternoon.
 
Position Summary:
The BCBA is responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing effective, individualized interventions for individuals with autism and behavior challenges. This role requires the ability to recognize and discuss signs of autism, as well as an understanding of diagnostic criteria for autism spectrum and behavioral disorder.
As part of an interdisciplinary clinical team, the BCBA collaborates with other professionals to design and implement evidence-based treatment plans that promote skill development and improve quality of life for clients. Full-time BCBAs are expected to dedicate their professional practice exclusively to Graham Behavior Services and may not provide ABA therapy through other agencies while employed full time.
 
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Billable Services:

<li>Conduct initial and concurrent assessments; develop individualized treatment plans every six months.</li>
<li>Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) during the initial assessment or when problem behaviors arise.</li>
<li>Review treatment plans and BIPs with parents/caregivers prior to implementation, ensuring signatures are obtained on all plans.</li>
<li>Inform supervisor if additional service hours are needed for assessments, training, or supervision.</li>
