Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Provide direct therapy in individual sessions utilizing ABA techniques described in the treatment plan at the direction of the BCBA (goals, targets, methods, and schedule are all directed by the BCBA).</li>
<li>Learn data collection methods and keep data according to BCBA direction.</li>
<li>Collect data as instructed using technological programs provided by Innovation Behavior Services.</li>
<li>Effectively communicate with Parents/Guardians and Innovation Behavior Services personnel.</li>
<li>Attend and successfully complete all assigned training within timeframes allotted</li>
<li>Possess or obtain the RBT credential within 30 days of orientation and maintain it throughout employment.</li>
<li>Completes time sheets and session notes as described in policy and in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Reliable attendance (&gt;95%)</li>

Requirements:

<li>High School Diploma/GED Preferred: Bachelors degree, Masters Degree highly preferred.</li>
<li>At least 18 years old.</li>
<li>Tech Savvy</li>
<li>Current valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and access to reliable transportation</li>
<li>Successfully completed State and Federal Background Checks</li>
<li>Successful OAG background checks</li>
<li>Child and Adult Abuse Clearances.</li>

Position Summary:
The Counselor plays a key role in supporting clients through assessments, case management, counseling, and crisis intervention. This position offers flexible scheduling with the option to work four 10-hour shifts, or five 8-hour shifts weekly. As a Counselor, you will work directly with clients, families, and community partners to facilitate continuity of care and positive treatment outcomes.
 
As part of our team, you will advocate for clients, work collaboratively with professionals, and apply your clinical skills to make a real impact on each clients journey in mental health and addiction recovery.
 
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Client Counseling &amp; Case Management: Provide individual counseling sessions, conduct assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans that align with the clients needs and recovery goals.</li>
<li>Crisis Intervention: Manage crisis situations effectively, using de-escalation techniques and professional standards to support clients.</li>
<li>Referral Coordination: Refer clients to appropriate mental health resources or higher levels of care as needed, facilitating connections with community services.</li>
<li>Client Advocacy: Advocate for clients with various stakeholders, including courts, schools, treatment centers, and other services to coordinate care and monitor progress.</li>

Qualifications:
