<li>Clinical work is performed from home, days and hours are per the clinician's choosing (this includes mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, holidays, etc.). Clinical team meetings are also virtual.</li>

About the Role: 
Ennoble Care is hiring for a Full-time Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager to work within and around Marietta / Dallas / Cobb / Kennesaw, GA and surrounding areas. As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the RN Case Manager works under the general direction of the Director of Nursing, the attending physician and the interdisciplinary group in providing skilled nursing assessments, planning, and care in order to maximize the comfort and health of both patients and their loved ones/caregivers.

Job DescriptionBAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Per Diem - On-Call Runner RN, Registered Nurse to perform home health visits in Monmouth County, NJ. This office works with the adult and geriatric population recovering from illness, injury, or surgery.

<li>Will do in-person visits as needed</li>
<li>Will conduct 1 Start of Care visit per shift</li>

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

<li>Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs </li>
<li>Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories</li>
<li>Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures</li>
<li>Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager</li>
<li>Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders</li>
<li>Perform client assessments as necessary</li>
<li>Case management and coordination</li>
<li>Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet</li>
</ul>
Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):
<ul>
<li>A current license as a Registered Nurse in NJ.</li>
<li>A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable home health experience.</li>
<li>Must have experience with OASIS </li>
<li>Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.</li>
<li>Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to travel to cases as assigned. </li>

Additional Information: Base Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation: $58.00 - $70.00 per point

We are seeking a Dental Hygienist that shares our passion for patient care and education, as well as creating a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities

<li>Perform periodontal procedures in a manner that is best for the patient in accordance with all state dental board requirements</li>
<li>Educate patients on strategies to prevent, diagnose, and treat periodontal disease as well as maintaining their oral health. Discuss the links between periodontal conditions and overall systemic health</li>
<li>Chart conditions of periodontal disease for collaboration with the Dentist to develop the appropriate treatment plan</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with the team on scheduling, ensuring an exceptional patient experience, and maintaining the condition of the practice and equipment</li>
</ul>
Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>Dental hygiene licensure compliant with the State Dental Board with no adverse actions</li>
<li>Two (2) + years' experience as a licensed Dental Hygienist preferred but not required</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills with both the team and patients</li>
<li>Proficient with Microsoft Office products and working with dental software, experience with Dentrix preferred</li>
