The Position:

<li>Develop in conjunction with other team members the plan of care and evaluate response to therapy with each encounter.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain caseload scheduling via company approved platform per company policy. Communicate any scheduling changes on an as needed basis to appropriate team members.</li>
<li>Coordinate care via approved company platform</li>
<li>Takes part in the nurse on-call rotation to ensure continuous nursing support services to our customers.</li>
<li>Document all communications at time of service as appropriate per Soleo policy.</li>

Requirements:
 
What You’ll Do:
<ul>
<li>Provide a level of care that goes beyond the traditional urgent care setting</li>
<li>Ensure comprehensive care for patients of all ages</li>
<li>Procedures to include EKG and X-ray interpretation, abscess incision and drainage, infection management, reduction of dislocations, splinting of fractures, laceration repair, IV hydration, and medication administration</li>
<li>Serve as a role model and leader for the clinical team</li>
<li>Communicate test results, follow-up care, and treatment plans</li>
<li>Effectively communicate and collaborate with Physicians</li>
<li>Work with an energetic, highly-trained support team, including many shifts with a scribe</li>
</ul>
Minimum Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Board Certified (or Board Eligible) Physician Assistant</li>
<li>Experience with procedures such as suturing and abscess I&amp;D</li>
<li>Experience with reading diagnostics studies, including X-rays and EKGs</li>
<li>2+ years of clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care highly preferred</li>
<li>ACLS and PALS Certification preferred</li>
</ul>
