 Job Summary Strategic Montessori &amp; Therapy Center is seeking experienced full-time ABA therapists/ RBTs in Lawrenceville, NJ for immediate hire in a center-based setting. Strategic Montessori &amp; Therapy Center is a Behavioral Health Agency providing center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services in the heart of Lawrenceville, NJ. We are looking for both, caring and professional ABA technicians to provide ABA services for children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. Job Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to an individual with autism within the in-home and community-based setting</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with BCBAs and supervisors to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy</li>
<li>Implementation of skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs under the supervision of a BCBA</li>
<li>Collect behavior and skill acquisition data and submit data and session notes on an electronic data system during sessions</li>
<li>Comfortable receiving training and feedback from the BCBA</li>
<li>Arrive on time and be prepared for therapy sessions</li>
<li>Attend Professional Development Trainings to maintain technical knowledge as required</li>
<li>Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors</li>
<li>Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work</li>
<li>Ensure client safety, maintain respect, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times</li>
</ul>
Job Requirements 
<ul>
<li>1 year of experience providing ABA therapy</li>
<li>1 year of experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or those with developmental disabilities is required</li>
<li>Familiarity with ABA therapy techniques and behavior management strategies</li>
<li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members</li>
<li>A drive to be part of an innovative and growing organization with amazing growth potential</li>
<li>A valid driver's license and reliable transportation</li>
<li>Successful completion of a criminal history background check</li>
<li>Be reliable, punctual, organized, and a self-starter</li>
<li>Able to work independently and be creative</li>
<li>Have access to a mobile device for data collection and session notes</li>
<li>RBT Certification preferred. Certification courses will be offered at no cost</li>
