This team will also be responsible for working medication refills. About the Role
The Respiratory Therapist is responsible for helping monitor patient progress and administer breathing treatments based on the instructions provided by our team of Physicians. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Required Education and Experience: • Fulfill educational requirements consistent with classification as testing personnel in a high complexity Laboratory as defined under the CLIA '88 regulations. • Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Technician program, with an Associate's Degree, and current certification as MLT (ASCP). Alternatively, certification as HHS Clinical • Laboratory Technician/Technologist. • Current Florida licensure as a Clinical Laboratory Technician in Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis and Serology. • Current American Heart Association recognized Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Preferred Education and Experience: • Preferred 1-year experience working as a Medical Lab Technician. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This position on occasion will require you to lift objects up to 15lbs. Strong verbal and written communication skills required. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Ability to exercise good judgment and positively influence and lead others, including handling confrontations with poise and efficiency. Repetitive motion of upper body required for extended use of machines and computers. 
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position in an outpatient medical office setting. Days and hours can vary between all days of the week between the hours of 7am to 7pm. Based on business need, the ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends, is required. Travel: This position may require travel to Fort Walton Beach, Destin, Niceville and Navarre clinics. Work Environment: This position requires regular and reliable on-site attendance.
