About the Role
Charlie Health is looking for a dynamic individual to support our clinical team with scheduling &amp; attendance, data collection, technology issues, and project based tasks. This candidate will play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency of our clinical team to deliver the best possible care to our clients. 
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Open groups and ensure technical setup for day's expected clients</li>
<li>Virtual interaction with clients -- welcoming them to group, answering questions</li>
<li>Facilitates client and group facilitator virtual entry during treatment session</li>
<li>Monitors group attendance and helps to contact any absent clients</li>
<li>Verifies and publishes group attendance for all days and times of treatment</li>
<li>Effectively communicates client absences, technological difficulties, or clinical concerns with relevant team members, clients, and families</li>
<li>Provides clients and families with calendar invitations and text reminders to treatment sessions</li>
<li>Track and monitor alumni or family groups as needed</li>
<li>Administer surveys</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>W2 part-time role </li>
<li>Must be available for 10 hours/week minimum </li>
<li>Clinical Administrators must have availability:
<ul>
<li>Monday - Thursday from 3-8pm MT (highly preferred) or </li>
<li>Monday - Thursday from 10-2pm MT </li>
<li>Friday/Saturday availability highly preferred</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency</li>
<li>Have access to reliable technology resources &amp; WiFi to work in a remote setting</li>
<li>Previous expertise working with a wide range of ages, including children, teens, young adults, and adults clients in both individual and group settings is highly preferred</li>
<li>High attention to detail and ability to work independently and efficiently</li>
<li>Proficiency with cloud-based communication and software–Slack, Dropbox, Gmail, Zoom, Google Drive, EMR</li>
<li>Limited proficiency in Microsoft Office–Excel, or Google Sheets</li>
</ul>
