Position Overview
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a 13-week contract assignment in Brooklyn, NY. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient safety and high-quality diagnostic imaging.
Key Responsibilities

Perform CT imaging procedures using appropriate kV and mA techniques to ensure high-quality diagnostic images
</li>
<li>
Conduct daily quality control and calibration checks on CT equipment prior to patient studies
</li>
<li>
Administer contrast and radiopharmaceuticals per physician orders and established protocols
</li>
<li>
Follow all radiation safety guidelines in compliance with ALARA principles
</li>
<li>
Complete and maintain all required documentation, logs, charge records, and equipment reports in accordance with regulatory standards
</li>
<li>
Perform quality assurance, quality control, and safety testing
</li>
<li>
Manage, retrieve, and maintain patient imaging data for radiologist interpretation
</li>
<li>
Order patient-specific radiopharmaceutical doses one day prior to use
</li>
<li>
Receive and verify radiopharmaceutical deliveries and confirm activity levels prior to administration

Assess and respond appropriately to patient needs before, during, and after imaging procedures

Required Skills &amp; Experience

Minimum 2 years of recent CT experience
