JOB DESCRIPTION/DUTIES:
The QBHS is responsible for providing facility-based services that encourage and support progress towards meeting client goals. The QBHS coordinates and provides care that is safe, timely, effective, efficient, and client centered.
 
Additionally, the QBHS will coordinate and work with licensed staff members to provide quality behavioral health services as needed. Services include, but are not limited to, interacting with clients and their families to keep track of their progress and to ensure satisfaction, record case information, accurately complete all necessary forms and paperwork while adhering to agency standards, assess and address motivational and psychosocial issues, facilitate multiple care aspects including case coordination and information sharing, create service plans, and assist in case closures.
 
The QBHS provides services at times and locations when they are most needed, allowing for highly individualized and effective intervention. Thus, it is expected that the ideal candidate maintains a flexible schedule which may include some evening and weekend availability. Strong organizational skills. interpersonal skills, judgment, flexibility, commitment, and internal drive/motivation are necessary for success in this position.

This position performs product qualification, development, and failure analysis experiments; designs, prepares, and executes connector tests and provides results in a reportable form for consultation with customer. <li>Consulting with teaching teams to develop and implement curriculum modifications and appropriate classroom strategies such as visual supports, oral motor exercises, language strips, topics of conversation, and data collection.</li>
<li>Ensuring students skills are generalized across settings by collaborating with teaching teams and related service providers.</li>
<li>Completing treatment notes and progress reports in a timely manner and according to school policy.</li>
<li>Managing a detailed log of service provided and services missed due to student or therapist absences.</li>
<li>Documenting all aspects of work with students in EasyIEP according to school and state guidelines.</li>
<li>Communicating and coordinating with the Director of Student Support Services and Special Education Coordinator(s) to ensure school mission, philosophy, and procedures are embraced.</li>
<li>Designing and conducting professional development series starting at staff orientation and ending at the end of the school year.</li>

QUALIFICATIONS

Boston Mountain Rural Health Center is currently accepting applications for a full-time Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse at our clinic located in Huntsville, Arkansas. The Nurse works as part of the clinical team and assists the Healthcare Provider in the provision of primary health care providing limited direct patient services and performing specifically designated independent procedures as outlined by the nursing scope of practice by the Arkansas State Board of Nursing. Our office hours are 7:45am to 5:15pm Monday through Thursday and 7:45am to 11:45am on Friday. Some travel is required for this position.

Quipt Home Medical is seeking a Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist preferably with experience in providing respiratory care to patients in the home setting. The respiratory therapist will be responsible for setting up respiratory equipment in a prompt manner after receiving physicians' orders for prescribed respiratory equipment. The successful candidate will have experience with ventilator management.
 
Job Responsibilities:
