Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager Requirements:

<li>Hospice heart: compassionate, kind and empathetic to your patients and their families.</li>

<li>Demonstrate flexibility and composure while supporting others in a time of crisis.</li>
<li>RN license in the state of requested employment (or eligibility to obtain).</li>
<li>1+ years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, ICU, geriatric, or oncology strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Additional, preferred experience to help you be successful in a hospice role: hospital Staff RN, Med Surg, PACU, Float pool, ER or emergency room, critical care, acute care, cardiac, geriatric, admissions, wound care, telemetry or travel nursing.</li>

Provides medical evaluations and treatment for adult and adolescent patients seen in our SMART clinic (Sexual Medicine, Acute Rapid Treatment Clinic) for acute or urgent health concerns. Uses their expertise in primary and urgent care, sexual health, HIV care, and addiction medicine to provide high-quality health care and medical education. Role Specific Primary Essential Duties:

<li>Responsible for SMART clinic staffing and daily operations.</li>
<li>Supervises SMART providers, supervisors, and coordinators.</li>

Orthodontic assistants work in orthodontic practices to help orthodontists with patient care and procedures.
Their duties include:
<ul>
<li>Assisting with procedures: Helping orthodontists install braces, fix overbites, and treat malpositioned jaws and teeth</li>
<li>Preparing patients: Ensuring patients are comfortable in the dental chair and providing at-home instructions for orthodontic care</li>
<li>Preparing tools: Sterilizing orthodontic tools and accessories, and changing out wires and brackets</li>
<li>Taking X-rays: Operating X-ray machines and preparing and taking patient molds</li>
<li>Adjusting appliances: Adjusting the fit of clear aligners, retainers, and archwires</li>
<li>Scheduling: Scheduling check-ups and tracking payment plans for braces treatment</li>
<li>Providing information: Informing patients about dental hygiene and aftercare</li>
<li>Providing chairside assistance: Passing instruments to orthodontists during procedures and assisting with anything the orthodontist needs help with</li>
</ul>
Orthodontic assistants may also perform administrative duties as needed.

Jamie is a highly experienced clinical therapist and a graduate of the University of Hawaii at Manoa. With a strong commitment to providing exceptional care, Jamie expanded her practice to include licensed clinical therapists who are looking for support, experience, and to be employed in a private practice setting.
Position Summary:
As a therapist at Fujimoto Counseling Services, LLC, you will be hired as an employee and have the opportunity to provide individual and/or couples therapy to adolescents, adults, and couples. This includes both in-person and telehealth sessions. You will manage a client caseload, maintain accurate client records, and participate in individual and group supervision as needed.
Education &amp; Experience Requirements:

<li>Graduate of a school accredited by the Council of Social Work Education</li>
<li>Minimum of a Master's degree and State of Hawaii License in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or Mental Health Counseling</li>
<li>Hawai’i licensed LCSW’s, LMFT’s, LMHC’s, PhD’s, &amp; PsyD’s &nbsp;are all welcome to apply</li>
