This patient-centered approach supports the physical, mental, emotional, and existential effects of suffering with a serious illness and helps to ensure that recommended treatments align with the patient’s goals.
PRACTICE SPECIFICS:
Current team consists of 4 MDs, 4 Nurse Practitioners and a dedicated palliative care Social Worker and Chaplain. Position requires high level of customer service skills to establish and enhance&nbsp;relationships with patients, co-workers, and others.&nbsp; Currently, duties&nbsp;include inpatient palliative care with possibility of outpatient work in the future.

Work and live on the shores of Lake Superior. Our 12-Pathologist team works in a state-of-the-art laboratory at Essentia Health-St. Mary’s Medical Center, which was newly built and opened in 2023. This 1.0 FTE position is ideal for a Certified Pathologist with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience, and who has interest in Surgical Pathology. Sub-specialty certification in Hematopathology is a plus. We are in search of licensed Physical Therapists to deliver personalized therapy services mainly within senior living facilities across Minnesota. This position offers flexible scheduling, clinical independence, ongoing education, and pathways for professional advancement in a collaborative interdisciplinary setting.
