Synthesize oligonucleotides using various synthesizer platforms, including modification injections and conjugations as needed. Cleavage and deprotection in various conditions depending on product type. Purification using various methods and types of equipment. Submit purified material/fractions for QC. Select material for combine or shipment. Setup work: prepare reagents and stock raw materials/supplies. Label and cap product containers. Perform custom format or kitting if needed. Quantification and/or concentration normalization. Perform liquid handling using both manual techniques as well as automated platforms to do sampling, product transfer, dilution, aliquoting. Understand and properly use LIMS for each manufacturing step. Safety and Quality Responsibilities: Safety: Wear appropriate PPE. Inform supervisor of potential safety hazards.
