Job Summary
The Clinical Supervisor is a fully licensed clinician and provides clinical supervision, orientation, and training to a team of clinicians. The Clinical Supervisor ensures quality of care with the utilization of evidence-based practices, supports operational and fiscal objectives, and monitors adherence to accreditation, regulatory, and organizational standards.

<li>Supervises a clinical team and provides clinical direction, training, and consultation</li>
<li>Facilitates team supervision and meetings</li>
<li>Ensures that orientation and training objectives are completed within established timeframes</li>
<li>Oversees the delivery of quality care and adherence to compliance and accreditation standards, payer and contract requirements, and organizational policies, goals, and initiatives</li>
<li>Ensures that assigned programs follow documentation policies for all phases of treatment, including assessments, treatment plans, treatment transitions and discharge plans, and client care</li>
<li>Monitors and tracks clinical outcomes, reporting, and action plans</li>
<li>Ensures that clinical staff participate in appropriate training in collaboration with Director of Clinical Training</li>
<li>Works with program leadership to achieve operational and financial goals</li>
<li>Conducts assessments to diagnose behavioral health and substance abuse disorders as applicable. Develops, implements, and manages personalized care plans with specific treatment goals for clients.</li>
<li>Provides therapy session and crisis support for individuals, groups, and families using approved evidence-based tools to effectively enhance treatment</li>
<li>Collaborates with internal and external multidisciplinary teams regarding clinical aspects of treatment</li>
<li>Meets direct care expectations for assigned clients</li>
<li>Provides individual clinical supervision to assigned under-licensed therapists upon completion of two years of practice with full licensure as assigned</li>
<li>Participates in ongoing professional development activities to meet licensure and other agency requirements</li>

Requirements:

<li>Master’s degree in social work, behavior analysis, or related field</li>
<li>Two years of behavioral health experience with full license</li>
<li>CMHC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC license in state of practice</li>
<li>Valley-provided certification</li>

BCBA Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Conduct a variety of descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments, such as functional analyses and skill-based assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS), to create a deep understanding of each child’s unique needs and strengths.</li>
<li>Provide ongoing, supportive supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) within your caseload. Foster their growth and confidence in implementing behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs, ensuring they feel empowered to make a positive impact.</li>
<li>Monitor client progress with genuine care by regularly reviewing data to ensure meaningful advancements toward treatment goals and adjust interventions thoughtfully to maximize each child’s potential.</li>
<li>Offer training to parents, guardians, and caregivers involved in the client’s journey, focusing on ABA principles and practical strategies to support progress outside of formal sessions, nurturing a collaborative partnership for success.</li>
<li>Ensure all training is delivered with cultural sensitivity and warmth, respecting the unique backgrounds and preferences of each family, and creating a safe space for open dialogue.</li>
<li>Prioritize the safety and well-being of clients during all treatment sessions, actively identifying and addressing any potential risks or issues with a proactive approach.</li>
