 What You’ll Be Doing
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you’ll provide 1:1 ABA therapy to young children with autism (ages 2–6) under the supervision of a BCBA. Your work will focus on skill-building, behavior reduction, and creating positive, life-changing moments—through structure, support, and fun.
Daily Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Deliver ABA sessions according to the treatment plan</li>
<li>Accurately record data and render appointments same-day</li>
<li>Provide coverage for sessions when needed (staff call-outs, scheduling needs)</li>
<li>Maintain part-time availability,&nbsp;Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, during business operating hours</li>
<li>Adhere to safety and infection control protocols</li>
<li>Participate in center upkeep and cleaning</li>
<li>Follow all BCBA-prescribed protocols with fidelity</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members and participate in center-wide events</li>
</ul>
 What You’ll Need
Minimum Requirements:
•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;High school diploma or GED •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Active RBT certification OR certificate of completion of a 40-hour RBT training course recognized and&nbsp; accepted by the BACB •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;1+ year experience working with children or individuals with special needs •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to obtain CPR certification before your employment start date •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Strong communication and interpersonal skills •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to pass a criminal background check •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and sit/stand/squat throughout the day •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Reliable internet access (for training modules and digital documentation) •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Comfortable working fully on-site in a center-based setting
Preferred (Not Required):

<li>Prior experience in social work, counseling, human services, or a related field is preferred.</li>
<li>Valid drivers license and reliable transportation with current automobile insurance meeting state minimum liability requirements.</li>
<li>Previous EHR system use, and professional documentation experience are helpful.</li>
