<li>Maintain and ensure the confidentiality of all patient and employee information at all times as required by the HIPAA regulations.</li>

Position Qualifications/Requirements
 
Education
<ul>
<li>Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant program.</li>
<li>Master’s degree required.</li>
</ul>
 
Certifications/Licenses
<ul>
<li>APRN or PA license in appropriate state.</li>
<li>Prescriptive privileges or eligible to apply.</li>
<li>Current certification from ANCC or ONS (AOCN-P).</li>
<li>Current BLS.</li>
</ul>
 
Previous Experience
<ul>
<li>Minimum 5 years experience as APRN or PA, specifically in Oncology.</li>
</ul>

<li>Self-Management: Effectively manages own time, conflicting priorities, self, stress, and professional development. Self-motivated and self-starter with ability work independently with limited supervision. Ability to work remotely effectively as required.</li>
<li>Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment with demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities and demands from a variety of stakeholders and sites.</li>
<li>Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.</li>
