Your Responsibilities:
As a Registered Nurse, you will:

<li>Independently initiate actions to enhance client care.</li>
<li>Conduct client visits to provide skilled interventions.</li>
<li>Act as an advocate for your clients.</li>
<li>Assess and evaluate the health status of assigned clients.</li>
<li>Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare teams to establish care goals.</li>
<li>Administer medications and provide education on self-administration.</li>
<li>Ensure a safe home environment for your clients.</li>
<li>Participate in team meetings and maintain accurate documentation.</li>
<li>Promote safety and infection control practices.</li>
<li>Engage in ongoing professional development.</li>
