This role will be evaluated on provider success, patient experience, protocol management and adherence, and data quality. You will need to lead with empathy for patients, and care deeply about creating new access to clinical research in communities across the country.&nbsp; KEY RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;Act as senior study coordinator to execute trials conducted within physician practices, including but not limited to:&nbsp;a. Visit preparation activities&nbsp;b. Visit follow-up activities&nbsp;c. Supply and inventory management&nbsp;d. Third party vendor management&nbsp;Conduct patient recruitment and enrollment of eligible patients.&nbsp;Lead patient study visits, which may also include clinical and lab procedures such as ECG, phlebotomy, vitals signs and body measurements, laboratory processing, etc. 4. Independently administer the informed consent process with care and quality 5. <li>Knowledge of common fees charged for common visits and collect correct payments</li>
<li>Complete daily reconciliations / close day / countdown cash drawer</li>
<li>General office duties and cleaning to be assigned by manager </li>

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

<li>This role requires a variety of physical activities to effectively perform essential job functions. The position involves frequent walking (75%), sitting (50%), and standing (50%), with regular bending, stooping, and reaching (25–50%). Employees must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 25 lbs. Strong fine motor skills and full use of hands are essential, as the role demands constant grasping, writing/typing, and use of technology. Visual and auditory acuity—including color, depth, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus—is required 100% of the time. Occasional driving or climbing may also be necessary. </li>
