Contract with our leading clinician-owned and led health company today! The Warrior Vets Medical Services team provides exemplary general medical services. We provide in-person care to current and former US Military veterans.
We pay up to $150 per hour; you will receive compensation for each evaluation. We remit payment within 45 days of encounter documentation in our user-friendly EMR.
 
Typical Appointments
In-person appointments consist of general medical evaluations in your practice. Evaluations are performed once per veteran and typically take 30 to 90 minutes. There are no ongoing treatment needs for these veterans; it is a one-time encounter.
 
We Schedule Around Your Availability.
Make your own schedule! Our current need is 2-3 days per week. We efficiently schedule a series of evaluation appointments that last no more than a total of eight hours on each of those days.
 
No Administrative Tasks Required
Our back-office support team handles all administrative work, including contracting with the Veterans Administration, liaising with contractors, and payment. This approach allows you to spend your time where it should be: with your patients.
 
Note: The evaluations are general medical evaluations, not disability evaluations.
Requirements:
· Unrestricted state medical licensure without limitations to perform full scope of authorized practice
· Education and training in a US-accredited, post-baccalaureate (Masters) course of study
· Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) or certification by the ANCC or AANP

We are currently seeking a residential Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor who will deliver Substance Use Disorder treatment under 245G licensing requirements.
 
Essential Functions :

<li>Complete all intake paperwork, including initial services plans and vulnerable adult screenings.</li>
<li>Complete comprehensive assessments and summaries, develop and update individual treatment plans, complete weekly treatment plan reviews, provide treatment coordination, and complete insurance forms.</li>
<li>Ability to provide counseling on an individual and group basis to achieve individual treatment plan goals.</li>

<li>Strong interpersonal skills.</li>

Other Requirements:

<li>(a) An alcohol and drug counselor must either be licensed or exempt from licensure under chapter 148F.</li>
<li>(b) An individual who is exempt from licensure under chapter 148F, must meet one of the following additional requirements:</li>
<li>(1) completion of at least a baccalaureate degree with a major or concentration in social work, nursing, sociology, human services, or psychology, or licensure as a registered nurse; successful completion of a minimum of 120 hours of classroom instruction in which each of the core functions listed in chapter 148F is covered; and successful completion of 440 hours of supervised experience as an alcohol and drug counselor, either as a student or a staff member;</li>
<li>(2) completion of at least 270 hours of drug counselor training in which each of the core functions listed in chapter 148F is covered, and successful completion of 880 hours of supervised experience as an alcohol and drug counselor, either as a student or as a staff member;</li>
<li>(3) current certification as an alcohol and drug counselor or alcohol and drug counselor reciprocal, through the evaluation process established by the International Certification and Reciprocity Consortium Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse, Inc.;</li>
<li>(4) completion of a bachelor's degree including 480 hours of alcohol and drug counseling education from an accredited school or educational program and 880 hours of alcohol and drug counseling practicum; or</li>
<li>(5) employment in a program formerly licensed under Minnesota Rules, parts 9530.5000 to 9530.6400, and successful completion of 6,000 hours of supervised work experience in a licensed program as an alcohol and drug counselor prior to January 1, 2005.</li>
<li>(c) An alcohol and drug counselor may not provide a treatment service that requires professional licensure unless the individual possesses the necessary license. For the purposes of enforcing this section, the commissioner has the authority to monitor a service provider's compliance with the relevant standards of the service provider's profession and may issue licensing actions against the license holder according to sections 245A.05, 245A.06, and 245A.07, based on the commissioner's determination of noncompliance.</li>

SLPs work with people of all ages, from babies to adults. SLPs treat many types of communication and swallowing problems. These include problems with:

As a Specimen Collector II:

<li>Collect patient urine and/or oral fluid (saliva) specimens </li>
<li>Process and package collections for shipping </li>
<li>Serve as an intermediary between the practice / clinic and the laboratory </li>
<li>Record patient information, physician order details, and pertinent laboratory information </li>
<li>Resolve specimen concerns with billing or patient information in ordering portal </li>

Build Your Career, Empower Students North Homes Children and Family Services is hiring a Mental Health Clinical Trainee to provide therapy and mental health support in the Carlton County Schools. You’ll work directly with students, families, and school staff to support mental health in an educational setting.
 
What You’ll Do:
<ul>
<li>Provide individual, group, and family therapy in schools</li>
<li>Conduct mental health evaluations &amp; guide treatment planning</li>
<li>Support CTSS programming and staff consultation</li>
<li>Collaborate with school and clinical teams</li>
<li>Participate in weekly clinical supervision</li>
<li>Maintain clear documentation for compliance and billing</li>

Requirements:

You’ll take document care, support activity programs, and report changes in condition to the RN. Wages: $22.60 to $25.98 / hour depending on experience Shift Differential: Evening&nbsp;$1.00 / hour Night (NOC)&nbsp;&nbsp;$2.00 / hour Location:&nbsp;710 S Kenwood Ave Moose Lake, MN 55767 Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.</li>
<li>Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan.</li>
<li>Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the RN.</li>
<li>Document services performed on computerized charting system.</li>
<li>Assist residents with prescribed program activities.</li>
<li>Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, reaction, and appetite, to the supervisor.</li>
<li>Perform additional tasks as needed.</li>
</ul>
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications?&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Current Minnesota&nbsp;Nursing Assistant certification required and in good standing on the registry</li>
<li>At least 16 years of age&nbsp;</li>
<li>Strong communication skills&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
