Job Description 
<ul>
<li>Receive, evaluate and process test articles for testing</li>
<li>Communicate and coordinate sample preparation and scheduling with scientific staff and Study Directors</li>
<li>Determine the surface area and calculate required extraction ratio for test articles submitted for testing</li>
<li>Prepare samples and dosing solutions according to PSL standard operating procedures and as directed by study protocols using aseptic technique</li>
<li>Meticulously maintain precise records of all preparations in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized work area</li>
<li>Ability to safely wear a respirator, as needed</li>
<li>Follow all PSL safety requirements</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>

Qualifications

<li>B.S. or Associate degree in toxicology, biology or equivalent experience in a laboratory environment is preferred.</li>

Position Overview

Required Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited program

Active and unrestricted Nevada Pharmacist License

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct clinical pharmacy services to BMT and Oncology patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings

Develop, implement, and maintain oncology-related order sets, treatment protocols, and clinical guidelines

Manage and coordinate chemotherapy and immunotherapy regimens, including autologous and allogeneic stem cell transplants
