PRACTICE SPECIFICS
<ul>
<li>Our ideal candidate would be an easy going, patient-centered, physician leader that enjoys working with an existing, low-maintenance, highly relational team. This is a growth position!</li>
<li>OB for this position is optional</li>
<li>Newer clinic with state-of-the-art technology, attached to St. Mary's Hospital-Superior</li>
<li>Weekend clinic call is 1:8 (1:9 starting September ’23). Weeknight call 1:8 (1:9 starting September ’23)</li>
<li>Multi-specialty group that consists of FP, IM and NP/PA’s - along with integrated Behavioral Health providing 4 Psychotherapists, 1 Behavioral Health NP, 1 Behavioral Health MD (via Telehealth) and an onsite Behavioral Health Adult Partial Hospitalization Program</li>
<li>Over 20 outreach specialists including Ophthalmology, ENT, Audiology OBGYN, General Surgery, Weight Management, Diabetes, Nephrology, Rheumatology, Pulmonology, Pain Management, Orthopedic Med &amp; Surg, Podiatry, Cardiology, Tobacco Cessation, Mediation Therapy Management, Gastroenterology, Vascular Surgery and Urology all on-site as well as others available at the main campus in Duluth</li>
<li>Nurse-on-line triage 24/7</li>
<li>EPIC (electronic medical records) in clinic and hospital</li>
<li>Admit to St. Mary's Hospital-Superior, a 25-bed CAH facility with transitional care services. ER physicians staff the ED, along with a PA who staffs the Fast Track ER. Transfers complex cases to St. Mary's Medical Center, 330 bed facility (7 miles from clinic) with Level 1 Trauma designation</li>
<li>Urgent Care – staffed 7 days a week with NP/PA providers</li>
<li>Physician led, professionally managed organization with great team environment</li>
<li>Competitive Salary and Benefit Package including malpractice and tail coverage</li>
<li>Minimum 6-weeks’ time off per year</li>

REQUIREMENTS
<ul>
<li>BC/BE Family Medicine</li>
<li>Participates in a community-wide OB Group &amp; call (if opting to provide OB services)</li>
</ul>

<li>Approx. 5 miles south of Duluth, MN and 150 miles north of Minneapolis, MN</li>
<li>Located on one of the most popular tourist routes in the Midwest, embracing the westernmost tip of the Great Lake, Superior</li>
<li>Superior population: 28,000; Duluth/Superior regional population-130,000</li>
</ul>
COMPENSATION
<ul>
<li>$308,000. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.</li>
