Responsibilities:

&nbsp;What You’ll Do
As a BCBA at Opal Autism Centers, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality behavioral analysis services to individuals with autism, while helping lead our early intervention program.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>

Conduct initial assessments and complete reports timely
</li>
<li>
Develop, update, and modify treatment plans and behavior protocols
</li>
<li>
Implement&nbsp;15% protocol modification&nbsp;of direct hours weekly
</li>
<li>
Supervise and mentor RBTs and student analysts with documented feedback
</li>
<li>
Hold&nbsp;weekly or monthly caregiver meetings
</li>
<li>
Ensure&nbsp;accurate session documentation&nbsp;and use of&nbsp;correct CPT codes
</li>
<li>
Convert assessments to ongoing services in a timely manner
</li>
<li>
Enforce the&nbsp;center’s cancellation policy&nbsp;to minimize disruptions
</li>
<li>
Participate in pod responsibilities and resource management
</li>
</ul>
Who You Are
Required Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Behavioral Health, or a related field</li>
<li>Active BCBA certification in good standing</li>
<li>Active Behavior Analyst licensure (LBA)&nbsp;in North Carolina (if applicable)</li>
<li>At least&nbsp;1 year of experience&nbsp;working with individuals diagnosed with autism</li>
<li>A least&nbsp;1 year of experience&nbsp;providing ABA services to individuals between the ages of 2 and 6</li>
<li>Proficient in electronic data collection, electronic clinical documentation, and evidence-based practices</li>
<li>Proficient in using technology and electronic devices to perform job-related responsibilities and fulfill position requirements</li>
<li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li>
</ul>
