 • Develop and implement comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to ensure high availability and rapid incident response.
 • Collaborate closely with engineering, infrastructure, and product teams to support end-to-end delivery of D365 solutions.
 • Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system resilience.
 • Enhance infrastructure as code practices using Terraform (preferred) and/or Ansible to automate provisioning and configuration.
 • Create and maintain detailed documentation of deployment processes, infrastructure configurations, and operational runbooks.
Required Skills &amp; Experience
 • 5+ years of hands-on experience as an SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineer in enterprise environments.
 • Strong practical knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem, especially deploying and managing Power Platform, Dataverse, and F&amp;O.
 • Proven experience deploying, configuring, and maintaining production-grade D365 environments.
 • Deep expertise in Azure DevOps (ADO) for building robust CI/CD pipelines and managing release processes.
 • Solid experience using GitHub for source control, pull requests, workflows, and integrations.
 • Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and maintain monitoring and alerting frameworks for cloud and D365 workloads.
 • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), ideally using Terraform; Ansible experience is a plus.
 • Strong knowledge of Azure infrastructure services and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
 • Microsoft certifications in Azure or Dynamics 365.
 • Experience designing secure, compliant, and cost-optimized D365 environments.
 • Familiarity with role-based access, identity management, and governance in Azure and D365.
 • Exposure to additional CI/CD or observability tools.

Your Role: 
 
We are looking for a Back-End Developer who can deliver quality software at a fast pace, as well as maintain and improve our AWS Infrastructure to help our websites and business grow. Our main sites are written in PHP. The ideal candidate will also have experience with several of these platforms/tools/systems: WordPress, Agile methodologies, AWS (EC2, Lambda, RDS, CloudFront, S3, SES, etc), Docker,, Kubernetes, Google Tag Manager, Google Cloud, Google APIs.
 
We anticipate the role split will be roughly75% back-end development /25% infrastructure-related.
 
Your main missions will revolve around:

<li>Websites and structure performance enhancements (PHP applications speed optimizations, speed up deployment, monitor code behaviours...)</li>
<li>Managing hosting infrastructure (AWS), migrations, enhancements of the infrastructure.</li>
<li>Implement performance monitoring systems and create dashboards to track KPIs.</li>
<li>Support the front-end team develop features on our websites.</li>
<li>Support the data team to maintain the infrastructure and suggest new ideas.</li>
</ul>
 
Required skills/experience/mindset
 
<ul>
<li>Experience with modern PHP (OOP, Composer).</li>
<li>Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming, refactoring, etc. </li>
<li>Ability to maintain a MySQL database.</li>
<li>Server management (via AWS or other) or at least a desire to learn about server/AWS infrastructure</li>
<li>Team player with a positive mindset, willing to find reliable solutions that fit the projects needs and their constraints.</li>
<li>The ability to communicate in English.</li>
<li>(Bonus) Knowledge and experience with Front-End technologies/software (ReactJS, gulp, webpack, Bootstrap). </li>
