The Role - here’s what you will do: As a key part of Bridewell’s Leadership Team, the Professional Services Lead is involved in supporting the development of high-level strategy, service development, project delivery oversight and providing a direct delivery role on key customer engagements as and when required.   This will include developing strong working relationships with Bridewell clients, ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard and working across the organisation to support the delivery of key company strategic objectives. 
You will report directly to the COO, leading a team of cyber security consultants that operate across a diverse set of disciplines ranging from the implementations of frameworks such as ISO27001, Supplier Assurance, and Data Privacy across all of Bridewell’s service portfolio. 
Regularly apply your substantial, relevant and up to date knowledge of Cyber Security, having expertise and experience across a number of areas, often acting as a key point of authority or escalation from managers and wider members of your team.  
Balancing client delivery, strategic initiatives and working as a key member of the leadership team you must also have the ability to manage and develop other Principal Consultants, Team Leaders and Consultants across the company. 
The United States is a key growth area for Bridewell and therefore you will be expected to leverage your extensive personal network and key senior relationships to develop new business opportunities for the Bridewell US business whilst ensuring high quality day to day delivery and maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.

Experience 
You will have strong, demonstrable expertise in several of the following areas:

Job Description 
The role is responsible for daily operations and upkeep of the Electronic Security Systems (ESS) consisting of:&nbsp; Electronic Access Control, Visitor Management, Electronic Key Control, Physical Identity &amp; Access Management, Intrusion Detection, Security Video Surveillance, Security Related Audio, and the respective Monitoring and Control systems and equipment.&nbsp; The primary activities performed by this role include adhering to global policies, procedures, and standards related to the ESS, to include respective vendor and internal stakeholder management.&nbsp; The role reports directly into the Senior Director Global Head of Physical Security Technology.
Essential Functions:

<li>Directly managing all ESS break- fix work, ensuring timely resolution of deficient equipment and systems per established Service Level Agreements (SLA) with applicable vendors, stakeholders, and governance entities.</li>
<li>Ensuring completion of Preventative Maintenance Testing (PMT) per established schedules and SLA(s) with applicable vendors. Conducting recurring (ideally weekly) meetings with ESS vendors.</li>
<li>Ensure vendor adherence to break - fix and PMT Contact(s), schedules, &nbsp; SLAs, and Physical Security Technology Standards.</li>

<li>Assist VSMs with the completion of Site Security Surveys (SSS) and resolving gaps and noncompliance items related to ESS found within the SSS, within established resolution schedules.</li>
<li>Conducting recurring (ideally bi-weekly) meetings with respective Corporate Services stakeholders, and ensuring 100% visibility of all planned renovations, new construction, and projects affecting Physical Security and associated Technology platforms.</li>
<li>Liaise with other stakeholders as needed to promote and educate them on GSS contributions and services, and to provide local support as requested.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Stakeholders include, but are not limited to, Legal &amp; Privacy, Human Resources, Information Technology, Information and Cyber Security, Finance and Sourcing, and Audit &amp; Compliance.</li>
