Overview:

About the Role 
Our Division Clinical Director is responsible for the oversight and monitoring of clinical quality across ABA Centers in their division. The Division Clinical Director works to ensure that each location meets the clinical and operational KPIs that the organization has established.

Qualifications

<li>Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to perform daily tasks.</li>
<li>Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies</li>
<li>Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods. </li>
<li>Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.</li>
<li>Must be able to work around food and cleaning products.</li>
<li>May be required to complete an approved sanitation and safety course.</li>
<li>Current ServSafe or Food Handler certification is required based on State / County law. </li>

Material Handler/ Warehouse Associate 
Pay Rate: $19 - $20/hr 4/10 Work Schedule Mon - Thurs 6am - 4pm POSITION SUMMARY The Material Handler supports the physical flow of materials throughout the plant. Duties could include shipping to customers, receiving from suppliers and replenishment of inventory in manufacturing cells per established processes. Duties are performed per department policies, procedures and Lean Business System tools. Must strive to meet the expectations of internal customers, and continuously improve performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost as indicated by our KPI's. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Constantly maintain a high level of safety awareness.</li>
<li>Properly stock cells for daily production.</li>
<li>Maintain stock areas per Kanban processes.</li>
<li>Insure proper Kanban card status in stock areas and on Kanban board</li>
<li>Prepare, package and label company products and parts for shipment.</li>
<li>Process incoming materials and deliver to appropriate departments.</li>
<li>Verify correctness of products, documentation and transactions.</li>
<li>Inform leader regarding discrepancies or problems.</li>
<li>Use computers or related hardware (scanners, printers, etc.) as required for inquiry, data input, production of labels, communication, etc.</li>
<li>Route paperwork and documents to proper departments, maintain necessary records and files.</li>
<li>Communicate with other departments regarding material needs, schedules, availability and other details.</li>
<li>Maintain assigned areas to 5S standards.</li>
<li>Perform other related duties as assigned. </li>
<li>Relationships: • Reports to Warehouse Supervisor. • Internal Relationships exist with all functional departments (i.e. Quality, HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Engineers, LBS Manager, Planners, Buyers, Master Scheduler, Maintenance, Customer Service and General management • External relationship may include suppliers/vendors, Customers, and Auditors</li>
<li>Background and Skills: High school graduate or GED Two plus years previous experience in shipping, receiving, stockroom, warehousing, or similar. Good basic math skills.
