The chosen candidate will wear multiple hats in the facility, with opportunities for cross-training on all processes.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Lift and handle 50 lbs consistently throughout the day.</li>
<li>Break down raw materials.</li>
<li>Fill sacks and stack them on pallets for the forklift operator.</li>
<li>Move pallets of material from point A to point B within the facility.</li>
<li>Operate a forklift, pallet jack, and potentially some front-end loaders.</li>
</ul>
Essential Skills
<ul>
<li>2+ years of forklift operating experience.</li>
<li>Math skills for weighing out materials.</li>
<li>Experience operating mobile equipment, including forklifts, sit-down forklifts, overhead cranes, and other heavy equipment.</li>
</ul>
Additional Skills &amp; Qualifications
<ul>
<li>2+ years of heavy equipment operation (bulldozer, front-end loader, bobcat, overhead crane, etc.).</li>
<li>Ability to lift 50+ pounds.</li>
<li>Proven reliability and attendance.</li>
<li>Leadership experience is a plus.</li>
<li>Experience as a farm hand is beneficial.</li>
<li>Railroad experience is advantageous.</li>
</ul>

Work Environment
This is not a climate-controlled facility, with dusty conditions on the shop floor. The position may require some work outside of the shop. The first shift runs from 6 am to 2:30 pm.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
