We are proud our sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during your first 60 days of employment.
 
Employees accrue paid time off each pay period at a rate of no less than 40 hours per year for their first year and 80 hours per year each year thereafter. You are entitled to minimum requirements for paid sick leave under appropriate state law if applicable.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Amphenol High Speed Products Group is the market leader for high speed, high bandwidth electrical connectors for the Telecom/Datacom market (Mobile Networks, Storage, Servers, Routers, Switches, etc.). Our products help to enable the electronics revolution and remain a key enabler for all the major Tier 1 OEMs globally. Our global headquarters is located in Nashua, NH and we have design, sales, and manufacturing locations globally. We are currently seeking a Hardware Engineering Manager to join our team in Valley Green, PA.
High speed cable backplane systems enable most of the world's IT and datacom; including leading the way for the AI/ML revolution; and require some of the most advanced manufacturing technologies, and highest levels of precision, in the engineering world. These challenges require the most creative, technical minds, and ultimately provide the most rewarding experience for an engineer.
Responsibilities:

<li>Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers in the design, development, and testing of hardware components and systems for custom cable assemblies.</li>
<li>Oversee project timelines, ensuring that milestones and deliverables are met on schedule; communicating with internal and external stakeholders.</li>

Qualifications:

<li>3+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role within a mechanical development team, ideally within the hardware space.</li>
<li>Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li>
<li>Proficiency with CAD tools (Creo).</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.</li>
