 Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Operate one or more presses per shift, including operating manual presses within quoted cycle times.</li>
<li>Read, understand and follow the information in the Process Operating Manual (POM) including the Point and Touch and any temporary work instructions.</li>
<li>Complete the press sign-in sheet at the start of every shift or after starting a new job.</li>
<li>Perform the essential functions of the job within safety, quality, productivity, and performance standards as defined by company policy, procedures, and applicable work instructions.</li>
<li>Perform an in-process visual inspection of all parts in accordance with the requirements stated in the POM or as otherwise stated per company quality standards.</li>
<li>Calibrate and use the scale to weigh parts as required by POM.</li>
<li>Operate and use all tools safely including cutters, knives, etc.</li>
<li>Document rejected products in IQMS and attribute/SPC charts on an hourly basis.</li>
<li>Identify, properly contain, and label scrap/purging.</li>
<li>Reporting any issues to the Shift Lead or Quality Auditor immediately.</li>
<li>Package and label products accurately as directed in the POM.</li>
<li>Perform rework as necessary.</li>
<li>Clean the machine and surrounding work areas to ensure the housekeeping and safety of the plant.</li>
<li>Participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives.</li>

As a UR Scrub Folder at our manufacturing facility in Shelbyville, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production process. Your main responsibility will be to inspect and prepare the UR Scrub Folders for assembly, ensuring that they meet the required specifications and standards. By meticulously examining each folder, you will contribute to the overall quality control and help maintain our reputation for excellence. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will directly impact the final product, ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality UR Scrub Folders.
Minimum Qualifications:

<li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>Previous experience in a manufacturing or quality control role.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or issues.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively in a team environment.</li>

Preferred Qualifications:
