As we continue to innovate and build a better model of care for kids, the role of the Youth Learning Assistant (also called a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician) plays a key part in helping children learn and grow every day.
Our approach draws from the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), a fun, play-based form of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. By joining our team, youll use play, creativity, and compassion to support childrens developmental progress and help them reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:

Participate in ongoing training and supervision to earn and maintain RBT certification

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma, or equivalent, is required. Strong preference for candidates enrolled in or who have completed a degree program (bonus for majors in Child Development, Psychology, Education, or related fields)</li>
<li>Enjoyment and experience working with children. This can be through child care, teaching, coaching, or volunteer work</li>
<li>Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification within the first 6 weeks of employment (Soar provides paid training)
