Position Summary
The Installation Manager (IM) leads and supports Project Managers (PMs) to ensure successful completion of residential construction projects. This role oversees scheduling, crew assignments, job quality, and cost management while maintaining high standards of safety and customer satisfaction. The IM is responsible for training and developing PMs, monitoring crew performance, and matching crews to projects based on skills and capabilities. Additional responsibilities include reviewing order changes, validating CRM (ServiceTitan) entries, and partnering with office staff to ensure accurate job costing and compliance with company standards. 
Key Responsibilities

<li>Supervise and train Project Managers, ensuring they understand expectations and execute their roles effectively</li>
<li>Assign crews to jobs based on workload and capabilities, maximizing available capacity</li>
<li>Addressing and resolving project challenges in real time, including coordinating materials and equipment</li>
<li>Review and validate change orders for accuracy and margin adherence</li>
<li>Quality control for photos and reports submitted by PMs to ensure work quality meets company standards</li>
<li>Oversee crew pay, ensuring all work is captured and relayed to Production Administrators for job costing</li>
<li>Conduct occasional site visits for spot checks and quality control</li>
<li>Serve as a technical resource for PMs and crew leaders, answering roofing or ServiceTitan-related questions</li>
<li>Hold PMs accountable for Google review performance, accurate change orders, and adherence to processes</li>
<li>Serves as a point of contact for customers throughout projects and addresses concerns as needed</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
Required: 
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in roofing or construction as a project manager or leader</li>
<li>Strong computer literacy, with ability to use ServiceTitan or similar software</li>
<li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record</li>
<li>Solid leadership experience with ability to manage and develop a team</li>
<li>Problem-solving and prioritization experience while handling multiple projects at once.</li>
</ul>
Preferred:
<ul>
<li>Roofing knowledge with ability to answer technical questions</li>
<li>CDL license designation</li>

Job Description
Sonographer opportunities - Echo, Cardiac, Vascular, Maternal Fetal Medicine, and Ultrasound in Roanoke, Virginia. Relocation and sign-on incentives available for select positions. Variable day shift schedule, Monday-Friday with rotating call and holidays.
Performs a variety of highly skilled technical procedures in the application of diagnostic ultrasound for the imaging of normal and abnormal structures of the human body. Provides care and services to patients of all ages. Must be able to work independently. Sonographers with both adult and pediatric echo registries have the opportunity to received additional compensation. Opportunity to cross train and become registered in fetal echocardiography. Sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 available.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: High school graduate or equivalent. Graduate of approved School of Ultrasound or equivalent training.
Licensure, certification, and/or registration: ARRT registry/ARDMS in one of the following areas, OB/Gyn, Abd or Neurosonography. CPR certification required.
Licensure, certification, and/or registration: Registered Cardiac Sonographer - ARDMS/CCI in adult echo, BLS required.
Other: Good interpersonal, technical skills and flexibility in assignments.
