The Lineman is required to know how to build and maintain an electric distribution system. The Lineman will know how to set up a Safe Work Zone set-up upon arrival at the job site and know other Safety Systems associated with electric line work. Lineman, like all employees, will be responsible to spot all utilities when necessary by digging them up so that they can be verified, and safely dig adequate pits, approximately 4 1/2 feet deep, and trenches to be worked in. The lineman is responsible to know and perform work in accordance with Customers Standards. In conjunction with other members of the crew, the Lineman will prepare materials to be installed, handle wire to be installed and other materials needed for the job. As with all crew members, a Lineman will maintain housekeeping and do general clean up. When the work is complete, the Lineman will assist in correctly backfilling pits and holes, know how to safely do stub-ups and tie-ins, as well as lay sod, and do site restoration. The lineman is responsible for the final completion of the electrical system, which includes all proper tagging and locking of equipment. When necessary the lineman will complete administrative paperwork. (Daily, Mapping, System Reports).

<li>Provide direct patient care, conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications as necessary.</li>

<li>We are growing in the form of teams composed of multiple therapists and a prescriber. With onboarding, you meet multiple eligible psychotherapists looking for additions to their team and a match is made.</li>
<li>We emphasize regular staffing with your collaborating therapists, at least monthly, to discuss patient cases or clinical topics.</li>
<li>Clinical work is performed from home, days and hours are per the clinician's choosing (this includes mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, holidays, etc.). Clinical team meetings are also virtual.</li>
<li>Clinical conferences are held four times a week. It is required that you attend at least one per week for the first 90 days of employment; after that, it is required that you attend one monthly.</li>

Job Requirements:

<li>Must have a PMHNP license and open to licensing in alternative states.</li>
<li>Prior work as a PMHNP preferred but not required</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of healthcare professionals.</li>
<li>Solid computer and basic technology skills</li>
<li>Strong clinical background in psychiatry</li>
<li>Strong background in the diagnosis of psychiatric disorders and psychopharmacological treatments and familiarity with non-pharmacological interventions</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.</li>

JOB DESCRIPTION: Our Lead Associates provide store leadership in absence of Store Manager/ Assistant to the Manager, demonstrating to the store staff our commitment to friendly customer service and team work. Must show integrity and resourcefulness and enjoy a varied and very fast-paced environment. Lead Associates are responsible for the following duties (some of which are required only in the absence of other management team): Closes store, reconciles cash with daily sales reports and secures facility for night, Prepares and maintain records of store operations including daily sales reports, cash deposits and opening/closing reports and conducts inspections when necessary. Cash register/customer service. Receiving, pricing and stocking donations. (Receivers may occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and frequently lift and carry 10 to 35 pounds.) Hanging/Inspecting/Tagging textile &amp; clothing in a production style setting. EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. EXPERIENCE: Lead or supervisory experience required. HOURS: Associates should be available to work most store hours, especially on evenings and weekends. Stores are open Monday through Saturday 9am to 8pm, opening at 1PM on Sunday.
