Major Duties and Responsibilities

Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) at Health Systems Management support and work under the guidance of RNs to provide dialysis treatment to multiple patients at a time. <li>Perform daily Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) processing and prepare bank deposits.</li>
<li>Reconcile daily deposits and ensure all cash receipts are posted completely and accurately.</li>
<li>Perform daily POS batch posting and settlement reconciliation for retail store transactions.</li>
<li>Process customer refunds and ensure proper approval, documentation, and posting.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and reliable accounts receivable aging report.</li>
<li>Prepare and distribute accurate customer statements, primarily for contractor and charge accounts.</li>
<li>Reconcile the accounts receivable subledger to the general ledger on a regular basis.</li>
<li>Support month-end close activities related to AR, deposits, and cash receipts.</li>
<li>Provide internal reporting on account balances, unapplied cash, credits, and customer account status.</li>
<li>Identify recurring operational issues affecting AR accuracy and recommend process improvements.</li>
<li>Support credit administration activities, including monitoring past-due balances and job-level exposure.</li>
<li>Perform courteous, professional follow-up on past-due balances when required, in accordance with company policy.</li>
<li>Coordinate with sales and operations to resolve billing or job-related payment delays.</li>
<li>Assist with construction-related job setup and documentation when required, including Sunshine Notices and lien-related support.</li>
</ul>
 
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts receivable operations, cash application, and customer account maintenance.</li>
<li>Experience in HVAC, building materials, wholesale, or retail distribution environments strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Strong background in high-volume transaction processing and POS-integrated AR environments.</li>
<li>ERP experience required (Sage preferred).</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.</li>
<li>Bilingual (English / Spanish) required.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented, process-driven, and disciplined with strong follow-through.</li>
<li>Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced retail environment with multiple daily transactions.</li>
