<li>Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.</li>
<li>Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.</li>
<li>Help with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.</li>
<li>Document and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the care team.</li>
<li>Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental well-being.</li>
</ul>
Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>CPR, First Aid, HHA or CNA certification is a plus.</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.</li>
<li>Experience with elderly care or individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.</li>
<li>Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and every other weekend.</li>
