The Basics of a Branch Associate role:

<li>Weekly schedules will be set between the hours of 7:45-6:30p M-F</li>
<li>Rotating Saturday hours from 8:45-1:30p.</li>

Summary of what you'll do as a Branch Associate:
In the Branch Associate role, you will serve members in a hybrid capacity conducting both Teller and New Accounts related transactions. You will work to create a top-tier experience for our members and proactively assist with their financial services needs by opening accounts, submitting loan applications, problem-solving member issues, building relationships, and educating members on additional products and services to improve their financial lives.

Job Description 
The Branch Operations Supervisor role will direct all aspects of day-to-day branch operations to provide a Top-Tier experience for members.
<ul>
<li>Attract, coach, and engage assigned staff through servant leadership and continuous coaching.</li>
<li>Process cash orders, balance vault, and perform periodic audit of cash drawers.</li>
<li>Account for inventories of money orders, cashier’s checks, gift cards and other services sold.</li>
<li>Resolve complex member issues by performing research and follow-up with members.</li>
<li>Recommend process improvements in order to streamline or reduce cost.</li>
<li>Coordinate with Learning &amp; Development to ensure assigned team members are developing their skills and are fully trained on operational tasks.</li>
<li>Participate in the implementation of branch business goals, coaching staff, and assist in achieving annual branch goals.</li>
<li>Act in a Branch Associate role as needed.</li>
<li>Reinforce the Credit Union’s mission, vision, and values by serving as a culture agent, motivating employees to achieve higher standards and promoting a commitment to excellence in service, and technology-driven products and processes.</li>
<li>Promote community development initiatives and volunteers in the communities serviced by the branch.</li>

Qualifications

Branch Operations Supervisor

This in-office position will work out of our Home Office in Dripping Springs, TX. 
Salary: $80,000

<h2>Accounting Manager</h2>

Supervise, monitor, and evaluate daily accounting activities and ensure an accurate and timely monthly closing process. Monitor the production of financial reports and maintain strong financial controls to enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results. 

Responsibilities

<ul>
<li>Provide high-level analytics to and complete projects for senior management as needed</li>
<li>Address accounting activities including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, year-end audit preparation, and the support of budget and forecast activities, all under tight deadlines</li>
<li>Manage ongoing quality improvement needs in all accounting departments </li>
<li>Direct cash management initiatives including process documentation, refinement and automation</li>
