Key Responsibilities:

<li>Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.</li>
<li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.</li>
<li>Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying trends and variances.</li>
<li>Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.</li>
<li>Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial information.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.</li>
<li>Manage corporate rates and agreements with external partners.</li>
<li>Negotiate special pricing and exclusive deals for the company.</li>
<li>Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure the best financial outcomes for the company.</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.</li>
<li>Proven experience as a Finance Analyst or similar role.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.</li>
<li>Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and financial software.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li>
<li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>
<li>Preferred experience with one of the Big 4 accounting firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG).</li>
<li>Professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.</li>
<li>Experience with ERP systems.</li>
