The Role Summary We have an immediate opening for a Property Condition Assessment Professional (Project Manager) that can take the lead in expanding our current services within the PA region.&nbsp; This individual would specialize in the preparation of Property Condition Assessments, Cost Estimating for Long Term Plans, and/or Capital Reserve Studies for the multi-family residential industry with a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in the preparation of one or more types of these analyses. &nbsp;Experience in the lending industry, insurance industry or multi-family residential industry working on the preparation of one or more of the following Property Condition Assessments, Cost Estimates, Risk Assessments or Capital Reserve Fund/Preventative Maintenance Fund Analyses is required.&nbsp; Responsibilities and Duties (include but are not limited to the following:)
<ul>
<li>Performing field measurements of building and site components and/or performing take-offs from plans and satellite imagery. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Conducting on-site inspections and documenting existing conditions, performing life cycle analysis, and obtaining photographic documentation.</li>
<li>Preparation of cost estimates and life cycle analyses.</li>
<li>Prepare capital replacement reserve funding analyses (‘reserve studies’) and Preventative Maintenance Fund Analyses in accordance with national standards for multi family developments.</li>
<li>Conducting inspection to document community infrastructure and common element component conditions for Property Condition Assessments.</li>
<li>Prepare Property Condition Assessments along with cost estimates.</li>
</ul>
This position will involve a combination of field and office time. Qualifications Education
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Engineering or Architecture or Construction Management or relevant work experience. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Work Experience
<ul>
<li>Three to Five years’ experience, and/ or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. &nbsp;Residential multi-family construction experience a plus.</li>
</ul>
Licenses and Certifications
<ul>
<li>OSHA 10 hour certified preferred.</li>
<li>Certified as a Reserve Specialist (CAI RS) or Professional Reserve Analyst (APRA PRA) preferred.</li>
<li>Must have or be able to obtain an unrestricted valid Driver’s License.</li>
</ul>

Estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 to $100,000. The salary listed is an estimate and not guaranteed.
