AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled, driven technicians to support our growing national client base. This role goes far beyond basic helpdesk tasks one day you might be installing an operating system, the next you're drilling through walls and running structured cabling across entire buildings, or terminating a 66-block. If you're the kind of person who thrives in the field and loves the variety that comes with every job site, this opportunity is for you. Job Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>Perform a wide range of technical tasks including but not limited to:
<ul>
<li>OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup</li>
<li>Structured cabling (including drilling, running, and dressing cables)</li>
<li>Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions, etc.)</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Work independently across various environments: retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate</li>
<li>Maintain a high standard of professionalism with clients</li>
<li>Be on call and ready to respond to service requests within your territory</li>
</ul>
Preferred Skills &amp; Experience 
<ul>
<li>PC and printer troubleshooting experience (a strong plus)</li>
<li>At least 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience, and one of the following:
<ul>
<li>A+ Certification</li>
<li>Network+ Certification</li>
<li>OR 5+ years verifiable field experience in I.T./Telecom</li>
</ul>

</ul>
Required Equipment &amp; Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>Reliable personal vehicle (Public transportation not accepted)</li>
<li>Valid drivers license</li>
<li>Must have a standard set of tools for basic I.T. and networking tasks (e.g., screwdrivers, cable testers, crimpers).</li>
<li>Laptop with Ethernet port</li>
<li>Smartphone with mobile hotspot</li>
<li>Ability to accept job assignments based on your availability; being on-call 24/7 is a strong advantage.</li>
<li>Punctual, courteous, and presentable</li>
</ul>

Job DescriptionOverview: Cabling &amp; Jetting Technician will diagnose drain and sewer related plumbing issues and utilize light or heavy equipment to resolve the issue for our customers. Essential Functions (“DRAIN”) 
<ol>
<li>
<ol>
<li>Diagnosing problems for residential and commercial customers </li>
<li>Recommend potential solutions for customers for their immediate need</li>
<li>Auger, hydro-jet, and/or camera to resolve customer’s immediate need</li>
<li>Identify any further potential issues and educate customers regarding their drain and sewer systems </li>
<li>Navigate between jobs, supply houses, and worksites</li>
</ol>

</ol>
 Compensation:
<ul>
<li>$20 to $28 / hour depending on experience</li>
<li>Full time work hours and benefits</li>
<li>PTO and Holidays according to company schedule</li>
