Position Summary: Troubleshoot, repair, and install equipment in the petroleum industry.
<ul>
<li>Accountable for diagnosing, repairing, configuring, and installing equipment and software sold by O’Day Equipment or requested by customers.</li>
<li>Provides complete and accurate description of all work performed for invoicing and inventory control</li>
<li>Good internal and external customer service and communication</li>
<li>Continuous learning through vendor training, monthly safety training, new products and product updates</li>

Experience and Skills You’ll Need

<li>A bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience. An advanced degree (MS or MBA) and experience in regulated industries like medical devices are a plus.</li>
<li>10+ years of experience in plastic injection molding, including 5+ years in process development or technical leadership.</li>
<li>A strong technical foundation in engineering, ideally with exposure to injection molding, medical manufacturing, or both.</li>
<li>Experience working within ISO 13485 quality systems and a commitment to compliance and continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Proven or emerging leadership ability, with a passion for mentoring, building teams, and driving projects to completion.</li>
<li>Strategic thinking paired with the ability to dive into technical details, solve problems, and implement effective solutions.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Design for Manufacturing (DFM), GD&amp;T, and a strong understanding of materials and their impact on manufacturability.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Gage R&amp;R studies, Process Capability principles, and ERP systems (preferably IQMS).</li>
