General Responsibility and Function: 
The Water Transfer Operator is responsible for the setup, operation, and breakdown of water transfer systems, including poly pipe, lay flat hose, and underground pipelines, to move water from source locations to frac sites. This role involves physically demanding work performed outdoors in various weather conditions and requires adherence to safety protocols. 
Duties:

<li>Operate transfer pumps and essential water transfer equipment</li>
<li>Operate skid steers and assist with hose deployment</li>

About the Role You will join a growing company looking to continue our growth through the addition of a highly motivated individual with experience as a Field Technician II. The Field Technician position is responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of wireless communications equipment. This position configures and troubleshoots broadband and narrowband radios using basic wireless design principles. The Field Technician applies their working knowledge of networking to navigate software management platforms. This position is responsible for both setting up and testing 12-, 24- and 48-volt DC systems, as well as for providing excellent customer service while being on the front line of interacting with clients. Ideal candidates will be motivated, customer service focused, and looking to build a rewarding career within our company.
 
Responsibilities include: 
<ul>
<li>Installation of wireless network equipment, including broadband and narrowband radios, antennas, and cellular modems.</li>
<li>Configure and troubleshoot radio equipment, including access points, base stations, slave, subscriber radios, and PTP radios.</li>
<li>Understand fundamentals of wireless design tools as well as network monitoring tools such as Radio Admin, cnMaestro and IMS.</li>
<li>Installation of field networking and automation equipment, including routers, switches, media converters and POE injectors.</li>
<li>Knowledge of networking concepts, including IP subnetting, VLAN’;s, NAT, and Port translation.</li>
<li>Work with engineers over the phone to troubleshoot and configure routers and switches through CLI.</li>
<li>Termination and testing of ethernet and coax cabling, including CAT5e/6/6A, RG coax, LMR coax, heliax, and fiber.</li>
<li>Installing both rigid and EMT conduit.</li>
<li>Working with AC and DC power systems, installing breakers, fuses, batteries, power distribution systems, and UPSs.</li>
<li>Test, troubleshoot, and assemble 12-, 24-, and 48-volt DC battery arrays.</li>
<li>Install grounding and lightning protection units (LPUs)</li>
<li>Installation and mounting of equipment cabinets.</li>
<li>Design and build equipment panels.</li>
<li>Operating and working from manlift baskets, bucket trucks, and scissor lifts.</li>
<li>Pulling trailers as needed to transport equipment and materials to various job sites.</li>
<li>Function as a project lead.</li>
<li>Perform quality control inspections and site surveys.</li>
<li>Mentor new field technicians.</li>
<li>Complete documentation and other required forms in a timely and accurate manner.</li>
<li>Travel up to 75% of the time to various locations to perform job duties.</li>
<li>Ability to dig ditches to install underground equipment as needed.</li>
<li>Must be able to drive a vehicle, have a clean driving record, and have a valid driver’s license.</li>
<li>Support and adhere to the Corporate Health &amp; Safety Program.</li>
<li>May require availability outside of normal business hours on an on-call basis.</li>
