Second Chance Center’s Housing Coordinator assists individuals that have developmental disabilities, mental health, physical disabilities and substance abuse disorders, in the process of applying and qualifying for affordable housing. All client partners hold Colorado State Housing Vouchers, Housing Coordinators assist with maintaining and managing the Housing Choice Vouchers. Working actively to increase housing opportunities for individuals experiencing homelessness and assist with additional supportive services.

Client Intake &amp; Support:

About the Position
Dexis is currently seeking up to two (2) Senior Operations Research Analysts (ORSA) for a contract to support the Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS) of the General Staff -8 (G8) in support of the Director of Material. The purpose of this effort is to provide the DCS G-8, Force Development Directorates with dedicated analytic subject matter expertise and programmatic support in force development processes, analysis, integration, information and tactical data systems, force modernization, and the equipment fielding process needed to support the Army's mission.
The Senior ORSA will support the Warfighting Analysis Division. They will lead appropriate data collection efforts, provide guidance, manage, and maintain appropriate databases, conduct analytical studies, develop and investigate alternative courses of action, and present concrete findings and recommendations. This will include surveying workers involved in all aspects of army force readiness and specialized expertise. The Sr. ORSA will build, evaluate and model modernization, resourcing, equipment distribution, and readiness using optimization of software such as SAS and visual output with Qlik and/or Tableau. The Sr. ORSA will brief senior leaders on recommendations, lead and analyze objectives, capability assessments, analysis of alternatives, costs and benefits, review policy and procedures, and materiel affordability and investment. They will assess the full range of plans and programs to include strategic direction, concepts of doctrine, force development, force modernization, materiel requirements and force readiness.
This position is based in the NCR at a client location. The position is subject to client approval and contract award.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Conduct and interpret survey data from workers involved in all aspects of a problem and involve others who have specialized knowledge, so that they can help solve the problem.</li>
<li>Determine what is relevant to a problem and what methods might be used to analyze and brief pertinent data to senior leaders (O6-GO/SES).</li>
<li>Use statistical analysis, simulations, predictive modeling, or other methods to analyze information and develop practical solutions to business problems.</li>
<li>Develop study plans, perform analysis for which precedents are minimal, document approach and findings, and brief senior leaders on recommendation.</li>

Qualifications

<li>Bachelor's degree(s) in operations research, applied mathematics, statistics, engineering (Systems or Industrial), computer science, or other relevant field. Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant ORSA experience.</li>
<li>Strong background in data science, business analysis, and/or operational readiness.</li>
<li>Experience briefing and interfacing with the most senior levels of the military such as the HQDA, MACOMS, or Army Service Component Commands.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience in using the tools of operations research, specifically the application of systems analysis, simulation &amp; optimization, probability and statistics, data and mathematical analysis during a project.</li>
<li>Experience building, evaluating, and modeling modernization, resourcing, equipment distribution, and readiness.</li>

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A REGISTERED DIETITIAN (RD)
As a Long-Term Care consulting Registered Dietitian, you improve the lives of seniors by ensuring their meals meet high nutritional standards. You work closely with the clinical team to monitor the nutritional needs of the residents. You might be providing nutrition education, working on an MDS with the team, or formulating your nutrition assessment with input from your dining manager. With a commitment to quality, you provide guidance on all dining services, including meal rounds and sanitation best practices as well as ensuring regulatory compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. You share your dietary expertise by training and providing guidance to dining managers and staff as well as assisting with policy development. It is also your responsibility to monitor the implementation of effective nutritional care systems. You feel great knowing that your work makes a difference in the lives of the seniors you serve!
QUALIFICATIONS

<li>Commission on dietetic registration (CDR) credentials</li>
<li>Licensed (if required by State)</li>
</ul>
2 years of consulting experience is preferred, but we will consider many factors. Experience in Long Term Care preferred but not required. Can you effectively prioritize multiple tasks? Do you have solid interpersonal and communication skills? Can you represent our company in a professional manner? Do you enjoy coaching and mentoring others?
