QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate will:

<li>Have one of the following levels of education: a high school diploma or GED, college-level course work, or a degree preferred</li>

SALARY &amp; Benefits This position pays an hourly rate of $18.50 per hour. 
In addition to your hourly pay, which is paid on a bi-weekly schedule, you are eligible for the following:
DC Sick Leave: You will receive 1 hour of DC Sick time for every 37 hours worked.
 
This position is not eligible for Bridges benefits.

You would work in a co-teaching team to support the learning and development of 8 incredible children! Red Clover Children’s Center (RCCC) is a non-profit early childhood education program that opened in Middlebury, Vermont at the beginning 2024! We serve 24 children ages birth through three years old. This program came into existence through a calling to contribute and support the significant need for accessible high quality early childhood education and care in our community.
