<li>Navigate the day's activities alongside our infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their first steps.</li>
<li>Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.</li>
<li>Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.</li>
<li>Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebrees toddler curriculum</li>

Qualifications

 Assistant Teacher : FULL- TIME Lititz Christian School is a family environment where our teachers and staff are valued, cared for and equipped to teach the children in our care. <li>Work directly with the director and lead teacher to assist, oversee and engage with the students in your care.</li>
<li>Work with the Early Learning Center team of teachers and contribute by giving oversight, ideas and creativity to the program.</li>
